I Cannot
Register:
You must use a valid AKO Account
to register. Upon completing the registration form, a
confirmation email is sent to the account that you entered
during the registration process. You must click the
specified link in the confirmation email to prove that you do
in fact own that AKO account. If you do not click the
confirmation link and or you do not have a valid AKO account,
the registration process cannot be completed and you cannot
gain access to the site. |

I Cannot Access
The Site Anymore:
This is because you have either
changed the email address in your account to reflect one that
does not follow the format of Your-Name@us.army.mil,
or you have been banned or removed from the system. If
you have been banned or removed from the system it is because
you have violated the
Terms of Service or for another reason
which you were most likely informed of. If possible,
check the email account that you listed in your profile for
any correspondence from the NCOcorps.net site. |

I Don't Have An
AKO Account:
If you do not have an AKO
account, this means that you are not a member of the United
States Army. If you are a retired U.S. Army Soldier,
visit AKO at the following link
http://us.army.mil to sign up for an account. If you
are not a member of the United States Army and would like to
gain access to this site, visit your local recruiter or
http://www.GoArmy.com and
talk with them about the possibility of you having a future
with the United States Army. |

Groupee Is Not
Working:
Groupee is the registration
service that NCOcorps.net uses to control access to the site.
If Groupee is not working, the Groupee site may be down for
maintenance. Please check back in a few minutes to see
if the site is back up. |

Why Is This Site
Limited To AKO Account Holders?
Because we
are attempting to maintain the integrity of the information
offered throughout the site. The only way to ensure that
peer to peer interaction takes place in a clutter-free, easy
to understand environment is to limit access to those that are
familiar with the information. |
